VIA Frontiers

Rapid success
Over 3,000 high-performing clients
35 years of multicultural corporate experience

VIA Frontiers and Bharati Jagdish Communications combine their subject matter expertise in behavioural change and communication to deliver programmes to heighten employee engagement and accountability, install a high-performance culture, and improve mental health within organisations.

VIA Frontiers was founded by Peak Performance Consultant, Trainer and Coach, Sylvia Fernandes in Sydney in 2002 and relocated to Singapore in 2007. Over more than two decades, it has helped organisations install high-performance cultures while deepening employee engagement. This has created organisations with a culture of self-management and employees who are driven by a sense of purpose.

Most organisations are time-poor, searching for fast and effective solutions. As such, VIA Frontiers has developed its own Rapid Success Model to help clients achieve elite levels of performance at record speeds.

Methods used are practical, sustainable, efficient and most of all, replicable. VIA's holistic approach to corporate issues plays out in training, facilitation, group coaching and one-on-one coaching. Programmes are highly experiential and modules are broken down into easily digestible segments.
